How To Become An Air Hostess After 12th?
Once you complete your 12th, you can start applying to different aviation training institutes recognized by the education board. Here is a list of Eligibility Criteria to enter the Institute:

- The candidate’s minimum age to become an air hostess should be 18 to 21 years.
- The acceptable height to become an air hostess after the 12th is 5′ – 5’2″.
- The ideal body weight should be in proportion to your height.
- You are not allowed to have any artificial body marks, tattoos, or body piercings.
- You should be strong enough to carry heavy beverages and meal carts.
- One should be able to lift emergency window exits and open emergency doors.
- While applying, you should not have any mental illness record; having which may be considered for you to be unfit.
Medical Tests:
- You will undergo a mandatory vision test to check your far and near vision, which should be 20/40 with lenses or glasses.
- You will be asked to appear for a hearing test, such as a slight outward bulge or inward pull of the eardrum, which is to make sure that your ear tubes are healthy and are able to equalize pressure.
- You will have to pass the DOT fingerprinting and drug screening test.
